My internet activities

Life at home has been good, so good that I'm skipping school most of the time.

Since I got my internet connection set up a week ago, I have been living my life in the cyber world. Warcraft, email, msn, blogs, mystical creatures, blah blah blah. I spend so much time in front of the monitor that I run out of sites to visit.

I worry that my brother will eventually figure out how to counter my units. He used banshees on my frost wurms once, but failed miserably. HAHA. However, his creative stunts tell me that if I keep doing the same things, he will catch up very soon. Time to surprise him with new moves.

I miss playing with Dunstan who will build towers near my base so that my hero can gain experience without moving around. Sometimes he even sends one or 2 footmen to my base to feed the ghouls. Nice person.

The rest of the time is spent on blog reading. I chanced upon many blogs, some belonging to friends and some to people I hardly know. Sometimes I have this guilty feeling when reading the blogs because I never announce my presence. It feels like spying sia, but since I'm able to find links to the blogs, I'm sure they won't mind having another reader.

One blog talks about 2 kinds of people. One who will make things happen, and the other who will wait for things to happen. Very thought provoking. I think I belong to the second type, save the few times I really know what I want. I lack initiative, I just respond to situations. That's the attitude I have for many aspects of life. I think it's very hard to change, because I don't know what I want. My life seems to be on the right track and I'm too lazy to bother about the details.

My life is leading me. Argg..... Must try to change!!! First I must think of things that I want to make happen. Find my dreams again.

Quoted from someone whom I can't remember who told me this in a time I can't recall:

The Pessimist blames the wind
The optimist hopes for the wind to change
The successful person adjusts the sail
